Not my first stay here but still very much love this place. The environment is perfect for switching off and avoiding people and all the noise. Being a bit off from Ubud center definitely helps. The villas have great views and are well stocked with all the amenities. The private pool facing the stream and rice fields is so tranquil. Staff are very friendly and always eager to help out. Can’t wait to come again!

Impressive,But I have one note:The drink heater when I fill the water, then the output is mix with a lot of black sand make the water little bit dirty.Hope you can check the drink heater daily to make sure the cleanliness and hygienity.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They are so kind. Room location is front of paddy field. And there is also swimming pool beside the river.

This resorts offers deluxe room and private pool villa. Service was good. They have spa and bigest meeting room in Ubud area 350pax capacity.

We came to Bali for our honeymoon, arriving after 18 hours of transit/flying and straight to Ubud by taxi. What a paradise it was to come to Seres, excellent facilities (private pool, purification pool, infinity pool, spa services, restaurant) we tried everything they had and all of it placed amongst the beauty of the forest trees and Wos River. The part of our stay which was most wonderful however was the staff, in every aspect, they provided professional and exceptional service, always ready to help and always with a smile. I have never been to such a wonderful resort. Thank you everyone for making it so easy for us to enjoy ourselves and relax. Special mention to Mila at reception for helping us book things and to Supartha who was our driver for the majority of the trip!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. There view from the pool has been more beautiful than some of those tourist spots in Ubud. The staff have been extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. Lastly, I’m impressed with how well maintained and clean the resort is. I am staying here while there are not many guest, and yet they maintain the resort pretty well. Wish I could stay longer!Edit: Just finished staying at the W Bali Seminyak resort & the Sheraton Bali Kuta resort, and although those were good, I am still impressed by my stay at Seres Spring. Really wish I stayed longer

This is a new hotel, the rooms are very clean and the design is attractive.The villa rooms are also very well designed

One of my favorite resort. The hotel really gives you that unique Bali atmosphere from the entrance to every details in your room. It combine tradition and modern in a well executed way. It’s also promotes sustainability and responsible consumption to the consumer.

One of Ubud’s best resorts! Got upgraded into villa stay. The villa was incredible. It was clean, luxurious, and spacious with amazing details here and there. The staffs were friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely will come back someday.
