Staff is Amazing, Specially Manager Mel. Very friendly and polite. Enjoyed every minute there. Amazing experience with services. Loved location and the place is really vibrant.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Location and services are top class. Staff is very helpful lead by their manager Mel. We were offered free room upgrade and all of our demands were happily fulfilled. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel for your next Bali trip.

Nice location, close to airport, if you are looking for Halal food at Bali, you can find a lot around here. Clean and spacious room, reasonable price, friendly staff.

the hotel is good the place is comfortable the service is good the restaurant and cafe are comfortable good and the coolest is the sky pool and close to the airport only 5 minutes

We booked 2 rooms for family vacation in Bali. The location is only 5 minutes from the airport, the best place for staying in Bali if you want to be free from the traffic jam. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable so you can rest well after a day of sightseeing. The food at the restaurant are delicious with reasonably priced. Will surely come back

It was nice experience. Comfortable room, very tasty food, awesome view on take off airplanes and professional spa. I had a limfatic massage and didn’t expect something special just relax. But next day I was really amazed when I saw and felt result

It’s very close to the airport, very recommended for the one who has a plan to stay before flight. Spacious room, good atmosphere and the staff so friendly. Can’t wait to come back.😊

Recently stay in this hotel after being re-opened with new management. (April 2022)And they’ve prepared bday surprise cake for my best friend’s bday without being requested. Soooooo sweeet. Thank you so much Grand Sovereign. Superb Staff Hospitality 😊

Room was clean, it’s near the airport and local tourist area of Tuban. What I liked the most is that you can watch airplane landing and taking off in their rooftop while enjoying a drink or two

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We arrived and had no one help us with bags to the lobby or to our room. Our room key did not work and we were given one WiFi log in for one device (room was for two people). The room hadn’t been stayed in for quite some time and was 28 degrees Celsius. The bathroom had black mold all around the ceiling, and the blinds in the bathroom were also covered in mold. Clearly it hadnt been touched in weeks. We called down to have someone look at the room. It took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to come up. We didn’t stick around to watch it be cleaned and left- checked out. No apologies, no trying to fix the issue. The entire hotel is run down, banged up and smells like mold. Go stay elsewhere, don’t be fooled by good reviews and an agoda partnership!

As this is my few times staying at the H Sovereign hotel Bali, what keep me go back staying at the hotel whenever i visit Bali is because the hotel follows my request accordingly, its convenience area in my opinion;Nearby Airport, Clean Room, Very good wifi, breakfast many variety, and with friendly helpful staff around, (although i had little bit problem for waiting the concierge, probably because not enough attendance concierge at the time when i needed)But!, Overall very satisfy services. and i definitely will comeback and stay at the hotel again and recommend the hotel to others. 😉

It was nice and clean, the staff very kind. The did not like the food it was awful for me. But if you want to stay only for sleeping that is a nice place, little bit far from the city.
