Great service. However they should improve the therapist’s massage skill for I think they haven’t been trained enough (especially for the pressure). Plus, a few therapists only gave a real quick massage for only 3 minutes. Should’ve been longer though.

24/09/2019 Update: I was contacted by their Head Office Team surface who apologized and offered me a complimentary Facial. I agreed to try out Oxy Facial which was great and my therapist was good too. Though I’m taking one star down for yet again the front desk isn’t very friendly – their attitude needs to change.22/09/2019 Review:Bad Attitude and front desk!had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm. When I approached the front desk – they couldn’t find my name. I had to constantly ask them what is happening as they began to quarrel – I showed them my call log with the date and time when the booking was made. Regardless of that they were unable to come to a solution. Super upset and wasted my whole day. Horrible attitude you have to keep asking them what’s happening.

The service is superb. The attendants and therapists are so nice and accomodating. At a reasonable price you can get quality service which is effective. I recommend this skin center for people who work so hard to takeaway stress, relax, pamper and get skin care in one package!

The facial is really good! Casual skin clinic that suits my needs well. Really recommended for your regular skin treatment. The area is near from my workplace as well
